I understand and acknowledge that Tulsa Trails West is not liable for any injury to or death of an agritourism participant resulting from agritourism activities. I understand that I have accepted all risks of injury, death, property damage, and other losses that may result from agritourism activity. Guest who are visibly unable to mount or control the horse after their lesson, may be asked to take an additional lesson at a later date .
We require at least a 48-hour notice of cancellation before your scheduled ride to receive a refund. All rides are subject to: weather, trail conditions, horse health concerns, or unsafe conditions. Should Tulsa Trails West be forced to cancel your ride; you will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
By entering Tulsa Trails West, you, for yourself and for any minors who are family members and/or any other minors you have brought with you, consent to your and their voice, name, and/or likeness being used without compensation in commercial film or photography in conjunction with Tulsa Trails West advertising and all media, whether known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release Tulsa Trails West, its successors, assigns, and licensees from any liability whatsoever.
