Unplug and enjoy the simple pleasure of being on horseback during this one-hour guided trail ride through a mix of peaceful wooded paths and open scenery. Perfect for riders of all experience levels, the ride is conducted at a calm, leisurely walk, allowing you to relax, connect with your horse, and take in the natural surroundings. Along the way, we pause at scenic viewpoints for photos and moments to appreciate the landscape.

For guests who are comfortable and interested, there may be a brief opportunity to try a gentle trot in a safe area. This option is always guided, weather-dependent, and entirely optional. Whether you’re brand new to riding or simply looking for a slow, enjoyable trail experience, this ride is designed to be safe, comfortable, and memorable.

• Advanced reservations are required.
  • Cost: $75/person for trail-ride and lesson (plus booking fee). 
  • You must be 10 years or older to attend the guided horse back trail ride.
  • We do NOT allow double riding.
  • Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. 
  • Helmets are required for children 12 years and under, but are available for riders of all ages.
  • Payment is due at the time of booking online.
  • There is a 250lb weight limit, and it will be enforced.
  • Must arrive 15 minutes early for check in. Guest arriving late will not be permitted to ride.
  • A release waiver must be signed before any rider can mount for their ride. 
  • No firearms permitted. No other animals are allowed. No smoking.

For our littlest cowboys and cowgirls ages 9 and under, we offer a hand-led ride on one of our ponies. We ask that parents are involved during this ride. This ride will last approximately 25 minutes, including a brief safety lesson along with photo opportunities.

• Advanced reservations are required.
  • Cost: $35/person for trail-ride and lesson (plus booking fee). 
  • Child must be able to sit in the saddle and hold the saddle horn.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult. 
  • Helmets are provided and required for children. 
  • Payment is due at the time of booking online.
  • There is a 90lb weight limit.
  • Must arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.  Guests arriving late will not be permitted to ride.
  • A release waiver must be signed before any rider can mount for their ride. 
  • No firearms permitted. No other animals are allowed. No smoking.

Adventure Trail Ride – For Experienced Riders Only (Click on calendar below to purchase tickets) 

Looking for a true horseback adventure? Our Adventure Trail Ride is designed for confident, experienced riders ready to explore Tulsa Trails West’s most scenic and challenging terrain.

This guided ride winds through rugged hills, wooded paths, and open views that will take your breath away. The trails can be steep and uneven, especially during wet weather — adding to the thrill and authenticity of the experience.

Rider Requirements:

To ensure safety for both horse and rider, all participants must:

• Be comfortable and in control at a walk, trot, and canter
  • Be able to mount and dismount without a mounting block
  • Have recent horseback riding experience and confidence on uneven terrain

Please note: This ride will go out in wet or damp conditions, and the trails may be muddy.

Riders should dress appropriately and be prepared for a true outdoor adventure.
